When we first started, we were right where you might be now. We had appointments to fill, our boundaries were non-existent, and despite massive effort, our goals felt out of reach.

We quickly realised that mastering the technical skills wasn't enough; we needed to learn how to run a serious, profitable business, and fast!

We took a crucial step back and began working 'on' our businesses instead of just 'in' them.

It was time to dig deep, leveraging our existing professional experience. Both of us have run businesses before and specialised in coaching, organisation and mentoring. We realised these skills were vital to our beauty businesses and we want to share them with you.

We committed to a massive mindset shift, shedding the negativity to see our true potential. This internal change started showing up on the outside: our appointments filled up, and we finally began charging our worth.

Then, everything changed when we found each other.

Living just five minutes apart, we chose collaboration over competition. By pooling our knowledge and providing the focused support our husbands, friends, and families just couldn't, we unlocked an even greater level of success. We understood the massive strength of having a dedicated team - someone who truly gets the unique challenges of the beauty industry.

Now, we know our purpose is to share this blueprint. If we could transform our businesses with these decisive, logical steps, you can too. We both started from the beginning, not really expecting to build up to more than minimum wage and now earn around £900 a week, working approximately 35 hours, including admin.  We want to show you everything we learned in our journey so you can do the same, but quicker and easier.

  • We have quick start tutorials to help with trouble shooting areas that you can address quickly and see those small changes add up to large benefits. This may include things like timing, price increase mindset, social media tricks and tips, etc.

Weekly Zoom calls

  • The day and times will vary from week to week to give everyone a chance to catch them (there's nothing worse than them always being at a time you can't make)

  • You can watch the zooms on replay as each zoom call will be recorded and stored for a while

  • Some calls will be subject specific to address areas for business growth and self development such as mindset and confidence

  • Your questions will be answered during our Q&A sessions to help you with the issues you are experiencing right now

  • You will be able to message us in advance so that we can gear the calls around your needs

Is this the right membership for me?

If you are in the beauty business, with services that require bums on seats then yes, absolutely! Jo and Julie both run their own businesses, self employed from a home salon, but what we teach worked equally well for Jo when she worked in a high street salon and when she was mobile. It all requires local people who want your service and can get to you.

What will I learn?

We will be working with you so that you can tailor your learning to your business needs right now. We know that these needs change as you progress and we have covered so many areas that wherever you are in your business journey. We have the resources that will take you to the next step, whether its branding and getting started with a name and logo, increasing your client base, turning new clients into regulars, policies and admin, marketing... The list goes on and on and you will see that we have covered so many areas that will turn your business into the wage earner you need and more.

Am I tied to a contract?

You can be a member for as long or short a time span as you need. We have both experienced growing a business from scratch and are confident that if there had been a membership like this available to us for just £14.99 a month we would have grabbed access with both hands. Nothing we have seen has been as comprehensive, or affordable as our membership.

How much is it?

You will have access to our courses, quick start tutorials and weekly zooms for just £14.99 a month. If this sounds a lot then you definitely need us, we promise that after one month you will already see that as a tiny investment in your business. After all if you only get one new client in the first month it will have paid for itself!

What courses are available?

We have multiple courses which will all be included in the membership, they have online content, a video with each one which may be better for your learning style together with downloadable resources where we feel they would be helpful.

What are the Quick Start Tutorials?

The quick start tutorials are short videos where Jo and Julie chat about one specific topic in the beauty business. They are between 10 and 20 minutes long and are focused on you being able to pick out one action point that is relevant to you and your business growth. We recommend you pick one at a time, this gives you a chance to take action before looking at the next. This means that you are able to take the steps you need to grow your business, without the overwhelm of too much to do in one go.

There are categories in our quick start tutorials, such as marketing, social media, policies and boundaries, to help you quickly navigate and find what you need.

What happens in the zoom calls?

These will be very much time for you to get what you need from us. We want you to be able to ask questions, discuss how putting something in place has gone, what your week has been like or even issues with clients or services. This gives you the opportunity to have, not just our support, but also the support of the others on the call. You will be able to offer your ideas too, we know you have a lot of knowledge, so you don't just learn, you get to give back to our wonderful community. We hope that you will be open and supportive to each other and in that way build a network of colleagues who are invested in each others success.

Can I have a 1:1 session with Jo or Julie?

Absolutely! A 1:1 session can be an absolute game changer for you and your business. These are not included with the membership but are available to book with whichever one of us you would prefer, if you don't mind which of us it is we may choose to make sure that you have the one most suited to support you with your needs. Anything financial you will definitely get Julie, where more of a mindset issue will be Jo's area of expertise.
